Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything is digital

SHIFTRESET sells online programs only. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

Instant access

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the program unlocks on your dashboard and you can start day one straight away. You’ll see the confirmation on screen, and Razorpay emails you a receipt.

If access doesn’t appear

If a payment succeeds but the program hasn’t unlocked within one hour, email hazikdijoo@gmail.com with the email address you paid with. We’ll unlock it or refund you in full — see the Refund Policy.

Coaching sessions

Coaching is delivered online at the time you book through The Altitude Mindset.
