SHIFTRESET is operated by The Altitude Mindset (“we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a one-way hash we can’t read).
- Your reset: assessment answers, your Reset Profile, program progress, and the reflections you type.
- Payments: the amount, status, and Razorpay order and payment IDs. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us.
- Technical: the cookies below, standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, and anonymous page-view counts (see Analytics).
How we use it
To run your account, show your profile and progress, take payments and issue refunds, answer support requests, and keep the service secure. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Neon — database hosting. Your data is stored in the United States (AWS, Ohio).
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Razorpay — payments and refunds.
- Cloudflare — anonymous website analytics.
They process data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We use two strictly necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in, and one tells the site to show your account link instead of “Log in” (it contains no personal data). We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Analytics
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics to learn which pages help people. It sets no cookies, doesn’t use your IP address to identify you, and doesn’t follow you across other websites.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when you ask us to close your account.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hazikdijoo@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. Self-service account deletion isn’t in the app yet, so for now it’s done on request.
Children
SHIFTRESET is for adults aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and tell signed-in users.
