SHIFTRESET is operated by The Altitude Mindset (“we”). By creating an account or buying a program you agree to these terms.

What SHIFTRESET is

A personal-development platform. It is not therapy or medical care, it doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition, and its scores are self-reflection, not clinical measures. If you are in crisis, call 112 or go to your nearest hospital.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your details accurate and your password private. One account per person.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Programs and payment

Some programs are free; others are one-time purchases at the price shown, in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store card details. Access to a purchased program is personal and can’t be transferred or resold.

Refunds

Every program purchase has a 7-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy.

Fair use

Don’t share your account, copy or resell program content, scrape the site, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content

Program content belongs to us. What you write — your answers and reflections — stays yours; we use it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Coaching

One-to-one coaching is booked and delivered by The Altitude Mindset through thealtitudemindset.com, under its own terms.

Changes and availability

We may improve, change, or retire features. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and tell signed-in users.

Liability

SHIFTRESET is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
