Mindset Reset
Find the sentence that's running you, and change it.
What changes
By day seven you'll know the specific belief that keeps stopping you — and you'll have acted against it at least once.
Anyone who notices the same thought showing up before every retreat.
A short, sharp week aimed at one thing: making an invisible belief visible, then testing it against reality.
Name the loop
Write the sentence your mind reaches for when things go wrong. Start it with 'I always…' or 'I never…'
Find the evidence against it
List three occasions where that sentence was not true. Specific events, not general reassurance.
Separate fact from interpretation
Take one recent frustration. Write the bare facts in one line, then your interpretation in another.
Catch it live
Today, note the moment the thought appears. Just record the time and the trigger. Don't argue with it.
Write the replacement
Write a sentence that's both more useful and still honest. Not a slogan — something you'd actually believe.
Act against the story
Do one small thing today that the old sentence says you can't. Small enough that you'll actually do it.
Decide what carries forward
Write the one thing from this week you'll keep doing, and when you'll do it.
