Get clear on what you actually want next.

Does this sound like you?

These are the statements the Reset Assessment asks about in this area. If several ring true, this may be the place to start.

• “I have a clear picture of what I want my work to look like in two years.”
• “I feel stuck in my current role but unsure what the alternative is.”
• “I avoid thinking about my career because it makes me anxious.”
• “The work I do uses the parts of me I most want to use.”

Questions

Is SHIFTRESET therapy?

No. SHIFTRESET is a personal-development platform, not a mental-health service. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. If you're struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional — and if you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

What are the reset scores based on?

Your own answers to the reflection questions, nothing else. They're a structured way of noticing where you feel most stuck. They are not clinical measurements and shouldn't be read as one.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing punitive. Your streak resets, the program doesn't. You pick up where you left off — most people miss days, and a reset you return to beats one you abandon over a broken streak.
